Small businesses don’t need automation novelty. They need automation that improves operating decisions. In this context, “AI operations for SMB” means using automation to turn repeatable operational inputs into documented actions, with measurable outcomes you can monitor after go-live. This is an architecture problem, not a tooling problem.
